Creation of holes in a wide variety of custom shapes—both simple and complex. Capability to design individual patterns and layouts. Specialized tooling allows for up to 9 holes in a single stroke and up to 5 strokes per second.
During the processing of galvanized or coated sheets, the turret punch press’s perforation and punching process pulls the anti-corrosion coating into the material’s thickness, providing additional protection against degradation.
Perfect repeatability of produced components. Option for station-based bending. Equipment is adapted for processing stainless steel sheets.

During the processing of galvanized and coated sheets using the shearing process on guillotine cutters, the anti-corrosion protective layer is drawn into the thickness of the material, providing additional protection against degradation.

ME Polska uses lasers to cut complex, custom components with a working area of 2000 mm x 6000 mm. Laser-cut elements can then be stamped, bent, or welded.
Spawarki Tig Mag
ME Polska manufactures complex steel and aluminum structures. Thanks to an experienced team of welders and certified quality control, the company holds a CE Certificate for the production of welded and cold-formed structures.
We also produce components with above-standard precision and aesthetics, suitable for machine building and furniture applications. We weld black steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
