Turret punch precision
We have a modern CNC turret punching machine, which enables fast and economical punching of holes in sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm. This technology allows for precise perforation in steel, galvanized, stainless and aluminum sheets. Importantly, unlike laser cutting, guillotine punching and cutting preserve protective coatings on the edges, which is crucial in the case of galvanized or coated sheets, increasing their corrosion resistance. For orders requiring a large number of repeatable holes, the turret punching machine proves to be much more cost-effective than laser technology.
Hundreds of tools, wide possibilities
ME Polska has an extensive range of several hundred types of punching and pressing tools, including specialist cluster tools that significantly accelerate the perforation process on large surfaces. Thanks to this, we are able to perform both decorative and functional perforations – used in ventilation elements, facade panels, machine casings, suspended ceilings or acoustic screens, among others.
